NBA MVP Chase, Christmas Eve 2019 edition

My MVP criteria is minutes played in victories, and the effectiveness of the team during those minutes (+/-). No other stat counts, and great performances in losses don't count.

We could surmise that, barring injury and the degree of load management, the MVP is a two-person race, and the question is in filling out the rest of the ballot.
